It arose out of the perception that there was the
need for an independent vibrant broadcast media
facility to assist in the holistic development of
Anguilla, and by extension the Caribbean region
and the wider world. The station is very much people
centered, and in addition to providing relevant
and important information and choice music, HBR
shares in its listeners' moments of joy and celebration,
and grief and despair.
HBR stands in
the vanguard of constructive discourse, debate
and discussion affecting its host island, the
Caribbean and beyond.
